Initial phone call with James Jordan to discuss your project.

James Jordan, president of the firm, will meet with you for a complimentary initial meeting where you will discuss the project and your intentions for working with James Jordan Assocaites, Architects.

We then provide you with a scope of work which includes:

Then we start work when we have your signed contract in hand.

Along the way…. you will be billed monthly.

To close the project…. you will get some finished documents for you to continue your project. (this all depends on type of project and scope of work)

Maybe there are different tiers of service? Maybe a set rate for a code review or something? This is up for discussion…
