James Jordan, AIA - President
James M. Jordan, AIA has been the Principal of James Jordan Associates, Architects since 1984, a successor Firm to Myron A. Jordan Architects established in 1934 by his father. Jim serves as the main point-of-contact for clear lines of communication in all phases of our Projects. During his career, Jim has been responsible for over a half a billion dollars of public construction across New York State.
Jim is a Registered Architect in the States of New York and New Jersey, as well as the Commonwealths of Pennsylvania and Massachusetts.
When not operating the business, you might find Jim traveling to Kenmare, Ireland or at a Board of Trustees Meeting for his alma mater, Alfred University.

Katherin M. Cline - Business Manager
Katie has an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration & Accounting and has been with James Jordan Associates, Architects since January 2008. She oversees all aspects of the office, including administrative, clerical, and HR work. Katie is an integral component of the Firm’s team who handles the majority of the day-to-day operations while working closely with our Architects, Clients, Consulting Engineers, and Contractors. (AKA a great multitasker!)
Outside the Firm, Katie enjoys time with her pups, sons, and grandchildren on her three peaceful acres. She also enjoys visiting the many local lakes, photography, writing, music, art, antiques, vintage muscle cars, and thrift shopping for her eBay store. Favorite quote: “Mindset is Everything!”
Karla Andela - Billing/ HR
Karla handles the day to day billing and accounting needs of the Firm. With her Art Education Degree, Karla brings Creativity and flexibility to the day to day operations of James Jordan Associates, Architects.
As well as her time at the Firm, Karla fills her time by teaching pottery classes at the Smithy Pottery Studio in Cooperstown, NY. She also teaches a weekly yoga class. Karla enjoys spending time with her family, animals and taking walks outside.
Darryl White AIA, LEED AP BD+C - Architect
Darryl is a Registered Architect in the State of New York and has been with James Jordan Associates, Architects since 1984. During this time, he has had extensive experience in project design and management for educational, residential, and public sector clients. Darryl oversees all design and construction documentation, and his creativity and eye for detail drive these Projects forward.

Keiran Rutherford - Associate AIA
Keiran is an architectural designer at James Jordan Associates, Architects, with over 10 years at the Firm. He assists in all aspects of the Firm’s Projects, including design, construction documents, and project management.
